Grundig freezers are designed to keep food frozen for 10 to 18 hours in the event of a power loss. The best way to keep food frozen during a power cut is to leave it in the freezer with the door closed. Keep the door openings to a minimum during this time. If the power outage lasts longer than the specified time, remember that you should not refreeze thawed food.
