Easy Baked Meatballs
Does your beef keep ending up in the bin?
Meat, with beef in particular, is one of the most laborious foods to produce. 1/3 of emissions created by food waste belong to meat, and with so much feed, water and resources going into making livestock, as a planet, we cannot afford to waste meat.
Serve with marinara sauce and pasta, or simply eat on their own! These meatballs are tasty, and a perfect way to reduce work for the week and to reduce your food wastage.
