Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of lavash bread
  • 5 tbsp leftover cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp of yoghurt with cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 lettuce
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Heat the cooked chickpeas in olive oil in a pan.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. Place the pieces of lavash bread side-by-side.
  4. Spread the yoghurt with cucumber onto the lavash. Add the cooked chickpeas, onions and lettuce leaves.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over top and make a wrap.
