Necesitate contractuala

Dupa caz, prelucram datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal in baza consimtamantului, pentru urmatoarele scopuri:


• Cu consimtamantul dumneavoastra, vom utiliza datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal pentru a va informa in legatura cu produsele si serviciile noastre prin email sau telefon. Aveti libertatea de a va retrage consimtamantul dat pentru a primi comunicari de marketing de la noi, prin orice canale si in orice moment.

Dupa caz, va prelucra datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal in baza obligatiilor legale, pentru urmatoarele scopuri:

Este posibil sa distribuim datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal altor companii care apartin Beko, inclusiv compania-mama Arçelik A.S. din Turcia, care poate utiliza datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal in scopul si conform informatiilor prevazute in aceasta Nota de informare.


In special, Arçelik A.S. va prelucra o parte din datele cu caracter personal in scopuri de analiza si raportare la un nivel Global in baza intereselor sale legitime de a dezvolta activitatea Beko si a se conforma cu regulile si reglementarile locale. Terte parti, daca acest lucru este impus de lege


Este posibil sa divulgam datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal unei terte parti, daca acest lucru este necesar pentru respectarea unei obligatii legale sau a deciziei unei autoritati judiciare, a unei autoritati publice sau a unui organism guvernamental, sau in cazul in care divulgarea este necesara pentru securitatea nationala, aplicarea legii sau pentru alte aspect de interes public.

For example, where you enquire about our products or submit other comments on our Facebook wall, we may collect that comment and any personal data contained in that comment (e.g. your social media username and any other profile data associated with the comment).

Other Beko companies

Service providers

• Delivery companies, such as couriers, that deliver our products to you,
