Our respect for nature is endless... Because it gives us so many blessings. One of those blessings that is not known much… It is nettle.

 

In order to use our resources correctly, we must consume everything that grows in nature in season and responsibly.

 

Nettle is a very nutritious ingredient. However, when you turn it into soup, you will meet a taste that you can never give up. If you are still one of those who have not tried nettle, please start with this soup recipe first. You won't be able to taste it.

Ingredients 

200 g nettle 

1 cloves garlic 

15 g fresh ginger taste

10 g cashew 

10 g walnut 

10 g salt 

100 ml almond milk 

500 ml water 

 

Preparation

• First, always wear gloves on your hands.

• Carefully clean the nettles and remove the individual leaves.

• Bring the water to a boil on a stove over medium heat and add the nettles. Boil for 15 minutes.

• Transfer the cooked nettles into the almond milk. Add 50 ml of boiled nettle broth.

• Add cashews, walnuts, garlic, and ginger to the mixture.

• After boiling for 3 minutes, blend the whole mixture with a blender.

• You can season with salt before consuming.

• Enjoy!
