Ingredients:
1 liter coconut milk
750 ml water
160 g rice
150 g sugar
100 g chocolate
50 g cocoa
5 g cinnamon
4 g salt
Preparation:
Start by combining the coconut milk, cocoa, and sugar in a pot.
Add in the rice, water, cinnamon, and salt, then bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes, or until soft.
When the rice is soft, turn off the heat and add the chocolate to the pot, allowing it to melt into the mixture.
Serve your delicious pudding while it's still hot, garnished with additional cinnamon or chocolate shavings if desired.
