Ingredients:
100 g leftover tuna
60 g rye flour
30 g unsalted butter, melted
25 g grated Parmesan cheese
20 ml water
10 g black seeds
5 g garlic powder
5 g onion powder
5 g paprika
5 g salt
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the leftover tuna, rye flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Add the melted butter and water to the mixture. Stir well until a dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into your desired shapes. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the black seeds on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
Allow the crackers to cool before serving. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
