Ingredients:
1 egg
100 g spinach roots
100 g flour
50 g celery stalks and leaves
35 g parsley stems
10 g baking powder
10 ml olive oil
5 g salt
5 g black pepper
Preparation:
Start by washing the greens thoroughly.
Slice the spinach roots, parsley stems, and celery stalks thinly. Also, chop the celery leaves.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add the egg and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Mold the mixture into your desired shape and fry the fritters until golden, which should take about 5 minutes.
