Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas
50 g oat flour
10 g black seeds
10 g sesame seeds
10 ml olive oil
5 g sea salt
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the oat flour, black seeds, sesame seeds, and olive oil to the bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Roll the mixture on a floured surface into thin logs, approximately 0.5 cm in thickness.
Cut the logs into 12 cm lengths and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the grissini turns a light golden color and are crispy.
Remove the grissini from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt, and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
