Preparation time:

Ingredients 

50 g watermelon

50 g melon

50 g green apple

10 ml coconut cream

10 g honey

10 g sliced almond

5 g cinnamon 

 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven 180°C.

  • Remove the melon seeds in a bowl add sliced almond, honey and cinnamon on top. Take the mixture to a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until crispy texture. 

  • Cut green apple into small cubes and set aside. 

  • Blend watermelon and melon in a blender, take the serving bowl. 

  • Place green apple on it, rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

  • Serve coconut cream and crispy almond-seeds.

  • Enjoy!
