Ingredients:
- 4 whole squid, ready to use, tentacles removed.
- 20 g leftover green lentil
- 10 g leftover rice
- 5 g parsley, chopped.
- 1 clove garlic, chopped.
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 g parmesan cheese
- 5 g salt
- 5 g pepper
For The Tomato Sauce - 100 g tomato
- 10 g red chili pepper
- 40 g onion
- 5 g salt
- 5 g black pepper
Preparation
Take the tentacle parts on the cutting board. Chop them into small pieces.
Place a pan on the oven and heat the 10 ml olive oil with garlic. Add tentacle and sauté for 2 minutes. Add leftover rice and green lentil on top and cook for 3 more minutes. Lastly add parsley and lemon juice. Rest the filling on the side.
Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender and take a side.
Wash and dry the squids. Fill them with filling.
Take a pan on the oven and heat 10 ml olive oil. Add stuffed squids on it and cook all sides for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce on top and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
