Ingredients:
300 g boiled octopus
500 ml apple vinegar
30 ml olive oil
5 g salt
2 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
Preparation:
Roughly chop the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
Place the chopped octopus in a clean, airtight jar. Add the chopped garlic and bay leaves.
Add salt to the jar and pour in the apple vinegar until the octopus is fully submerged.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the vinegar. Ensure the jar is sealed airtight.
Allow the jar to sit in the refrigerator overnight to allow the octopus to absorb the flavors.
Your pickled octopus is ready to serve! Use it in salads, side dishes, or enjoy it as is.
