Ingredients:

  • 50 g orange peel

  • 50 g lemon peel

  • 50 g apple peel

  • 50 g tangerine peel

Preparation:

● This recipe is adaptable to any fruit peel available. Start by thoroughly washing and drying all the peels.

● Place the peels on a perforated baking tray or a regular baking tray.

● Preheat your oven to 40°C and place the tray inside.

● Let the fruit peels dry in the oven for about 2-3 hours, making sure to check on them every hour.

● Once the fruit peels are completely dry, transfer them to a chopper and blend until they reach a powdered consistency.
