Ingredients

  • 1 aged avocado
  • 200 ml pomegranate juice
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 70 g oatmeal
  • 14 g chia seeds
  • 10 g honey
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 5-6 ice cubes

 

Preparation

  • Peel the avocado and remove the pit.

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  • Divide the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with fresh fruit.
