Ingredients
- 300 g leftover spinach
- 80 g aged avocado, peeled.
- 80 g cucumber, unpeeled
- 80 g green apple
- 200 ml soy milk
- 50 g walnuts
- ½ lime juice and zest
Preparation
Wash the cucumber and apple and cut into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the cucumber, spinach, lemon juice and zest, apple, soy milk, avocado and walnuts.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
