Ingredients
- 650 ml water
- 250 g chickpeas
- 150 g vegan dark chocolate
- 20 g coconut flakes
- 20 g sliced almond
Preparation
Boil the chickpeas with 650 ml water in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes.
Drain the chickpeas and water to two different bowls.
Take the chickpea water bowl to the fridge for cooling about 20 minutes.
When chickpeas cooled down, takedown take them in the freezer for later recipes.
Whisk cooled chickpea water with an electric mixer until foamy and light texture.
Melt the chocolate in a ben-mari.
Add melted chocolate to the chickpea foam slowly and stir constantly.
Separate the mixture into two serving bowls and rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Serve coconut flakes and sliced almond on top.
