Ingredients

  • 2 apples 
  • 60 g hazelnut
  • 10 g cashew
  • 10 g walnut
  • 10 g honey 
  • 5 g brown sugar 
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

 

Preparation

  • Carve the inside of the apples.

  • In a chopper combine hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews and inside pieces from apple and blend it like a crumble. 

  • Take mixture in a pan and fry with brown sugar over medium heat for 5 minutes. 

  • Stuffed the apples with the mixture.

  • Bake the stuffed apples in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.

  • Serve with ice cream on top.
