Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 60 g hazelnut
- 10 g cashew
- 10 g walnut
- 10 g honey
- 5 g brown sugar
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Carve the inside of the apples.
In a chopper combine hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews and inside pieces from apple and blend it like a crumble.
Take mixture in a pan and fry with brown sugar over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Stuffed the apples with the mixture.
Bake the stuffed apples in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Serve with ice cream on top.
