Ingredients

- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 artichokes
- 1 fennel bulb
- Dill flowers
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Whisk the mustard and apple cider vinegar together in a small mixing bowl. Gradually blend the olive oil into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and put aside.
- Slice the artichokes and fennel using a mandoline slicer. Put in a large bowl and mix.
- Add the dill flowers.
- Mix in the sauce you set aside earlier.
- Season with salt and pepper.
