Cheesecake with Leftover Christmas Cookies

Maybe the best part of Christmas is its hallmark: the cookies! The smell of which could be the easiest way to have a happy start to the day. An unbeatable duo when paired with a glass of milk.

If you’re wondering how to use up all the leftover cookies, we suggest using them as a cheesecake base is a delicious solution.
