Ingredients
- 3 limes' juice
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 small cloves of garlic
- 1/2 a bunch parsley
- 1/2 a bunch fresh mint
- 1/2 a bunch dill
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Method
- Blend all ingredients in the blender, it can be used for 2-3 weeks in the jar with the lid well closed.
- Use this versatile recipe as a sauce for marinating meat, pasta, salads, sandwich and all proteins.
