RE-IMAGINE OUR INGREDIENTS IN NOVEL WAYS!
Creativity is the key to minimizing waste and making the most out of the food we have. Our Nonwaste Melon Snack recipe showcases this concept perfectly. Usually, when we enjoy a juicy melon, the seeds are discarded without a second thought. But what if we could turn those seeds into something delicious? This recipe not only utilizes the melon flesh but also its seeds, transforming them into a crunchy, sweet garnish. Topped with a drizzle of white chocolate and a sprinkle of cinnamon, this dish elevates the humble melon to a gourmet treat.
